Golden Temple
Bylakuppe is the second-largest Tibetan settlement in India after Dharamsala. The area is home to over 70,000 Tibetan refugees and several monasteries and shrines. The largest of these monasteries and the most popular is the Namdroling Monastery, also known as the Golden Temple. The Golden Temple Coorg is actually called Padmasambhava Buddhist Vihara.

Cauvery Nisargadhama
A forest resort on an island, maintained by the forest department of Karnataka, Kaveri Nisargadhama Forest Park is undeniably one of the most beautiful and enjoyable part of any Coorg tour packages. Formed by the main river of the region, River Kaveri, it is surrounded by dense forest. Dubare Elephant Camp

Abbey Falls
River Kaveri drops for about 70 ft over wide rocks creating a spectacular view. While the height is not much compared to other waterfalls in Karnataka, Abbey Falls' has wider fall area that creates spectacular views and its proximity to Madikeri city makes Abbey Falls desirable and easy to access. After you reach the main entrance of Abbey falls be prepared to walk about 200 steps downhill for 2 kilometers. It will roughly take about 15-20 minutes to reach the foot of the waterfall.

Omkareshwara Temple
The Omkareshwara Temple is an ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple was built by King Lingarajendra II in the 18th Century. The specialty of the temple is that its construction reflects a combination of Gothic and Islamic styles. The unique architecture of Omkareshwara Temple, Coorg, is worth mentioning. It is built with a mix of the Islamic and Gothic styles.The history of the temple is inscribed on a copper plate and fixed on the entrance door frame.

Raja's Seat
A seasonal garden with flowers and fountains, Raja's Seat is believed to be the spot where the kings of Kodagu spent their evenings enjoying panoramic views. Tadiandamol Peak
at an elevation of 1,748 m Tadiandamol is the highest peak in the Coorg and the second highest in Karnataka. It's gentle slopes and grassy terrain lure you with their scenic charm and serene ambience. Trekking from Nalaknad Palace (was built in the late 1790s by Kodagu Ruler Chikkaveera Rajendra) till Tadiandamol peak is a popular adventure activity in Kodagu. 7 kms treeking trail of Tadiandamol treats Trekkers with blissful views of Shola forest range and valleys.

Padi Igguthappa Temple
Located in the Igguthappa Devara betta in Aiyengeri forest of Kakkabe town, the Padi Igguthappa Temple is One of the most ancient temple. It was built by Lingarajendra in the year of 1810. The architectural structure of the temple resembles ancient Keralite temples to a large extent. The temple is dedicated to Lord Igguthappa which is another name for Lord Subramanya. This temple holds great importance amongst Kodavas and influences their culture and tradition.

Chelavara Falls
Chelavara is a wide and milky waterfall in Kodagu district. Chelavara Falls is a serene waterfall created by a tributary of river Kaveri, with a 150 ft drop over a rock said to resemble the shape of a tortoise. Chelavara is located in Cheyyandane village, off Talakaveri-Virajapete road. Chelavara Waterfalls can be visited during any time of the day. However, the water is about 100 meters deep with unpredictable rock profile at the bottom, making Chelavara Falls unsafe for bathing or swimming.

Talakaveri
Located in the Brahmagiri hill which is at a distance of 8 km from Bhagamandala and 48 km from Madikeri, Talakaveri is said to be the source of River Cauvery. Although the source that is the flow of water is not always visible. During rainy season, one can get a glimpse of the same. River Cauvery is one of the seven sacred rivers of Sapta Sindhus belonging to the Hindu scriptures. There is a small spring called as a tirtha kundike or Brahma kundike & the river Cauvery originates from this spring.

Bhagamandala
Sri Bhagandeshwara temple is situated at an elevation of 898 meters, at the Bhagamandala village in Coorg. This temple is primarily dedicated to Lord Bhagandeshwara, a form of Lord Shiva. However, idols of Lord Ganesha, Lord Narayana and Lord Subramanya have also been kept and worshipped in this temple. This temple is located quite close to the Triveni Sangama which is the meeting point of three holy rivers namely River Cauvery, River Kanika and River Sujyoti.

Iruppu Falls
Also known as Lakshmana Tirtha Falls, Falling from a height of 170 feet, Iruppu Falls gets its name from Lakshmana Tirtha River, a tributary of Cauvery River, that starts from this waterfall. A freshwater fall, with its striking streams of water flowing down the hills, allures not only nature lover but everyone. Amidst the evergreen forest of Western Ghats, it presents an incomparable scenic beauty adding further charm to Coorg. Irupu Falls can be visited at any time of the year.

Madikeri Fort
Madikeri Fort and Palace is most important tourist spot in Madikeri is also a building that functions as government offices, Court and the district prison. Tipu Sultan rebuilt the fort in 1800s in granite. Originally the fort was built in mud by Mudduraja in the 17th century. Eventually, the fort was captured by the British in 1834. There are also some viewpoints along the boundaries of Madikeri Fort.

Raja's Tomb
Gaddige Raja's Tomb is a beautiful architectural structure located in the city of Madikeri, in the state of Karnataka, India. It is a mausoleum that serves as the final resting place of Raja Dodda Veerarajendra, who was a king of the Kodagu dynasty. The tomb is considered to be one of the most important tourist attraction and is renowned for its intricate carvings and unique design.

Government Museum
The Old Anglican Church of the Madikeri Fort was converted into the Government Museum in the year 10970. The museum is a proud collector of several priceless antiques such coins, manuscripts, treasures of the Kodava royalty, bronze statues, wood sculptures, armaments and inscriptions. You can visit the museum every day from 9 AM to 7 PM, except on Mondays and public holidays.

Kote Betta
Kotebetta is at a height of approximately 1620m above the sea level & is the third highest peak in Coorg region after Tadiyandamol and Brahmagiri. The word Kote Betta means Fort Hill. It has been named because of its appearance which resembles a fort. There is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva at the peak of the hill. The peak is perfect place for trekking. Once at the peak, you are offered with breathtaking view of the area around.

Mallalli Waterfalls
Mallalli Falls are located at the foot of Pushpagiri Hill Ranges in Bettadahalli Gram Panchayat in Somwarpet Taluk of Coorg district. These falls are created when the River Kumaradhara flow down from over 200 feet creating a mesmerising scene which is worth remembering all our lives. The best time to visit the falls is the monsoon season as during this time the falls have plenty of water. Even the greenery around is at its best during this time.

Mandalapatti
Located at a distance of 25- 30 km from Madikeri town, Mandalpatti is a popular tourist spot. A lush green mesmerising place, Mandalpatti has recently become popular amongst tourists. The place is way from the hustle bustle and offers some seclusion and calmness. It is perfect place to go for trekking. However, to go for trekking, one is required to take entrance tickets from the authorities at the base of Mandalpatti.
